Cancellation Policy

Payment Terms & Estimate Approval A deposit is required upon acceptance of this estimate and prior to scheduling or commencement of any work. Payment of the required deposit constitutes the customer's authorization for NJ Detail Experts LLC to perform the services outlined in this estimate. This estimate must be accepted by the customer before any work will begin. Upon acceptance and receipt of the required deposit, NJ Detail Experts LLC will schedule and perform the services within thirty (30) days, subject to availability, weather conditions, and other scheduling considerations. The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the services and prior to the release of the vehicle. Accepted forms of payment include cash, Zelle, Venmo, and other approved payment methods. Any work or services requested that fall outside the original scope of this estimate may require a revised estimate and additional charges. No additional work will be performed without the customer's prior approval. Failure to make payment when due may result in delays in vehicle release and may be subject to any remedies permitted under applicable law.
